Dare you take on the extreme 30 day squat challenge!!
If you have finished the regular 30 Day Squat Challenge and want something more advanced to take on then this 30 Day Extreme Squat Challenge will be right up your street!
This challenge is not for the faint hearted and should only be taken on if you are very fit and have completed the regular challenge first.
The challenge goes from 250 squats right up to 500 on the final day!!
We do not recommend that you complete the the daily challenge is one go, you should split it up into manageable chunks throughout the day, but if you feel confident then you can try and do all 500 squats in one go!!
There is only the 1 exercise to perform but it will tone up your legs and bum and get them looking great in such a short period of time.

The challenge has been designed so that novices and experts can do this challenge, with the number on the chart representing doing 1 rep of each exercise only per day, however if you think this is too easy then you can do as many reps of each exercise per day as you wish to get the desired results. The fitter you are to start with the more reps we recommend, however if you are just starting out we recommend following the challenge charts as they are!
